60,000 and Still Going Strong!

On the night of Friday March 7th, 2008, STRIPES is proud to have celebrated its 60,000th ride given since its inception in 2001. With the help of 16 volunteers, we were able to complete a total of 59 trips, and for a total of 190 rides. Prior to the night we were at 59,865; we ended with 60,055.

Our continual efforts to ensure the safety of campus and community would not be possible without the efforts of our core executive staff, but more importantly would not be possible without the continual volunteer support we get from all corners of Mizzou's campus. On behalf of STRIPES, I'd like to salute you all, the Real Mizzou Heroes.
